Kumpa is where the model went from a proposal to something you could actually drink from. The community, the franchisee, the platform team, and partners from Amref and MegaGroup came together for a launch that had been on the calendar for months.What we did at the site.
- Drilled the borehole and installed a solar powered pump.
- Built storage, ran pipes to the kiosks, and connected a nearby health facility and primary school.
- Rolled out prepaid metering across every dispensing point.
- Ran the launch day hygiene programme with the community health workers.
